Refund, Exchange, and Repair Policies for Watches/shoes/bag

At rpwatches Shop, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange, and repair policies:


1. Refund Policy Shipping Protection: You can shop with peace of mind knowing that your order is protected and any potential loss or damage will be dealt with quickly and efficiently with our shipping protection.
Our goal is to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience and are protected in the event of any unfortunate event that happens to their order in transit. To file a claim, go to:

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Customs duties are included.
What happens if I decline my order?Orders that are rejected by the recipient, fail to attempt delivery, or are not picked up from the access point in a timely manner will be subject to a return fee. Domestic shipping costs $40 and international shipping costs $75.

You can return your watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following criteria:

  • The watch is in its original condition and is not worn.
  • All labels, stickers, and protective sleeves are intact.
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it violates our return and exchange policy.)
  • The watch comes in its original packaging, including the box and instruction manual.
  • Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Your return request will be submitted within 30 days of receiving the original order and will be shipped within 7 days of the return request date.
  • We try to be as fair and inclusive as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • It takes approximately 10-15 business days for our team to process the refund, and depending on your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after processing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The refund for standard shipping is $30 to cover handling and restocking fees. If you’re buying online, be sure to use our returns portal above. We are unable to accept in-store online purchases and vice versa.

2. Exchange Policy Eligibility

You may request an exchange for a different watch within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The watch is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.


Exchange Process

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you would like to receive in exchange.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the requested replacement watch to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Warranty and Repair Policy Warranty

If your watch requires repair under warranty, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions on how to proceed.

If the watch is no longer under warranty, we offer repair services for a fee. Contact us for a repair quote and further instructions.

Carefully package the watch and send it to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping.

Once we receive the watch, we will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimated timeline and cost (if applicable).

Repairs will be completed by our qualified watch technicians, and the watch will be returned to you in working condition.
